Your Account

We recommend keeping your account neat and organised. Following the requirements below, you will manage to maintain a healthy account at Casinoways:

  • Opening an Account: To be able to play with real money, you must open an account. If you are registering or depositing using any form of electronic verification, you authorise us to receive your personal details from such third-party systems and, based on that information, to create your Player Account.
  • Prohibition Right: We reserve the right to prohibit persons from any jurisdiction from opening an Account with us.
  • Player Responsibilities: It’s your responsibility to comply with your country’s laws and gamble legally to abide by local regulations.
  • Employee Access: No employees, executives, managers, directors, consultants, agents, affiliated companies, providers or sellers of the Company, or anyone else having access to inside information, can participate in any of the Games during their term of employment and/or engagement.

  • Use honest info only: You must give your real name, DOB, address, email, and phone number.
  • Age limit: You must be at least 18.

  • Inactive accounts: If you’re inactive for 12 months, we’ll call it inactive and charge €10/month until your balance hits zero.

  • Accounts are brand-specific: Closing one doesn’t close your accounts on other Casinoways sites.
  • Balance: Once the balance is zero, we no longer charge fees for inactivity.
  • Recovering funds: You have the right to recover the remaining funds in your inactive account by logging in and making a withdrawal request.
  • Blocks & Restrictions: In case your account is blocked or excluded, you must contact customer support to recover these inactive funds.

Account Verification

Account verification is a very important step to take. Here’s why:

    • You must verify your account for age, to prevent fraud, payment processing, promotion restrictions, account closure, etc.
    • To verify your account, you need to submit copies of all the following personal documents: – Copy of a personal identification document (ID, driver’s license, or passport. – Copy of a utility bill (gas, electric, water, landline phone – must not be older than 3 months) with name and address as registered in your casinoways.live account.
  • Proof of payment method used
  • Verification starts when you reach an amount of two thousand euros (€2000) in deposits or accumulated withdrawals. No matter if you reach the amount in a single transaction or in a series of transactions in a period of 180 days.
  • If you use an electronic ID, you’re authorising us to pull the necessary details automatically.

Deposits

If you want to place real money bets on casinoways.live, you’ll need to make at least our minimum deposit. This deposit is what you’ll use to place bets.

  • You can deposit using various payment providers we offer (these may change from time to time). Each provider has its own procedures, terms, fees, and rules.
  • You can only deposit through the official casinoways.live website.
  • You must use your own personal credit/debit card or payment method. The name on the payment method must match the name on your Casinoways account.
  • Business/corporate cards or accounts are not allowed.
  • Deposits usually show up in your account within a reasonable time after confirmation.
  • We may ask for proof of payment at any time for security reasons.
  • We don’t offer credit. If there are delays in processing funds (by banks, processors, etc.), we won’t be responsible, and no interest is paid.
  • You cannot deposit money from illegal sources.
  • If we suffer losses from chargebacks, reversals, or cancellations you initiate (or someone acting on your behalf), you’ll need to fully reimburse us.

Withdrawals (Getting Your Money Out)

You can request a payout from your account balance anytime — as long as we verify all your deposits, confirm payment requests, and meet other terms.

  • Withdrawals will be processed to your bank account or other available methods listed under “Withdrawal” on our site.
  • Wherever possible, we’ll send your withdrawal using the same method you deposited with.
  • Withdrawals can only go to an account in your name, with the same name and address we have on record.
  • “Bonus money” and funds stuck in aborted games can’t be withdrawn.
  • Minimum withdrawal: €20. Anything less will be rejected.
  • You must have made at least one successful deposit before requesting a withdrawal.
  • If you deposited via VISA, Mastercard, or Apple Pay, withdrawals will only be via Bank Transfer.

Bank Transfer Rules:

If you decide to withdraw your funds via a bank, check how it goes:

  • Minimum Bank Transfer withdrawal: €100. Anything less will be declined and returned to your account.
  • Bank Transfers use EUR only.
  • Your IBAN must accept EUR payments — otherwise, your bank will reject the transfer, and the money will go back to your account (this may take up to 30 days).
  • We can’t process your withdrawal if you don’t provide an IBAN that accepts EUR.

Processing & Verification:

Before you finally get you cash in your hands, there are some procedures we must follow:

  • We aim to process your withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days after verifying documents.
  • We may decline withdrawals until identity, age, location, and phone verification are complete. This might include providing a notarised ID or utility bill.
  • If we suspect fraud or illegal activity, we can cancel withdrawals, void winnings, and close your account without refund.

Other Rules:

Other rules we can apply during your withdrawal requests include:

  • Fees for withdrawals may apply — we will show these at the time of request.
  • Withdrawal limits: €2,000/day, €6,000/week, €15,000/month (VIPs may have higher limits).
  • You must wager your deposits that are not linked to a bonus at least once before withdrawal to prevent money laundering.
  • If you have a pending withdrawal of €10,000+ while on Self-Exclusion or Time-Out, we may charge a 50% admin fee before processing.

Restricted Player Groups

Bonus Policy

Unless we say otherwise, you can’t combine one promotion with another on Casinoways1.com.

For most bonuses, you must wager 35 times the deposit and bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings. You can withdraw your deposit at any time, but if you do, you’ll lose any bonus and bonus winnings. The forfeited amount depends on the split between bonus money and real money at the time you withdraw. For example, if your balance is zero and you get bonus money, you’ll lose 100% of the bonus and any related winnings if you cancel the bonus.

Karma bonuses have a maximum winnings cap of 100x the bonus amount. For example, if we give you €20 Karma, the most you can win and withdraw is €2,000. Any extra winnings will be removed, and withdrawals over this limit will be cancelled.

Only players with active accounts can claim offers or prizes. If your account is suspended or closed during a promotion, you’ll lose your entry.

Bonus Play Rules

When you have a bonus, we use your funds in this order:

  • Cash balance first.
  • Bonus balance second.

Any winnings from bonus balance bets stay locked until you meet the wagering requirement. If you cancel the bonus before meeting it, you’ll lose those winnings.

The maximum you can convert from a bonus or bonus winnings (unless stated otherwise) is €5,000.

If your account hasn’t been funded with a deposit, you can win and withdraw a maximum of €100 from bonuses, free spins, or loyalty points. To withdraw, you must deposit at least €20.

Shop free spins and no-deposit free spins also have a €100 maximum withdrawal limit unless stated otherwise. This limit applies even if you deposit before or after using them and doesn’t reset for each campaign.

Bonuses and free spins expire 7 days after we credit them unless we say otherwise. If you request a withdrawal while you have an active bonus, you’ll lose the bonus and any related

Game Restrictions

Unless we say otherwise:

  • You can’t use bonuses on progressive jackpots. If you win one by mistake, we’ll void the win.
  • Free spins winnings go into your bonus balance with a 35x wagering requirement. The maximum you can withdraw from converted free spins winnings is €100.
  • Bets on restricted games before meeting wagering requirements may cause winnings to be voided.
  • The max bet with a bonus is €5 per spin or €0.50 per bet line. You can’t bet more than 25% of your balance in one round.
  • You can win the Progressive jackpots only with cash wagers.

Wagering Contribution Percentages

Here’s how the wagering contribution works at Casinoways:

  • Slots/Arcade/Scratch: 100% contribution.

Opposite bets in Roulette, slot gamble features, and some specific betting patterns don’t count towards wagering.

Bonus Abuse & Fair Play

Our Rights

We can:

  • Prohibit individuals, groups, or regions from taking part in promotions.
